Cigars are non-returnable, all sales final but we always do our best to keep our customers happy. Please contact us with any issues and we'll do our best to fix it. South Dakota customers are charged 6% sales tax. All sales are final on tobacco products. Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes due in their particular state. Prices do not include South Dakota Tobacco Tax which will be added after check out.
